GUYS IT IS CANON! I will have to wait till I get home to show you (stupid school filters on the Internet....), but there was a post on Tumblr last night that proves it.

Basically, the last scene with Tony and Pepper in the Avengers tower (right before they zoom out and show the "A") Tony is looking at plans for the tower. You'd miss it if you weren't REALLY watching or if the video was going at normal speed, but I slowed it down and paused multiple times.

On those plans, he has a room for each Avenger (indicated by a logo of their signature weapon Cap = shield, Thor = Hammer, etc).

Then, Tony selects one of the rooms....guess whose room he picks? .... STEVE'S and he has like little notes about what he wants the room to look like and I'm crying about it. Also, Steve's room plans were right next to Tony's....

I cannot anymore, and I'm sorry for that massive fangirl post.

Yeah :sigh: I think pretty much every fic/art/fan stuff with this "living together" headcanon based on that shot. :lol:
