General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, the douchebag that was hammering for The Accords. He's from the Hulk universe. And he's Betty's father. Betty is Bruce Banner's on again off again girlfriend. She's been in both versions of the Hulk movies, played by Jennifer Connelly and Liv Tyler.
