I wonder if Black Panther will ever get along with the Winter Soldier since he really didn't kill Black Panther's father. I would like to see them be friends.

I think they could be friends, T'Challa knows that it wasn't Bucky who did any of the things he was accused of so he would have no reason to still hate him.

And he did say he wouldn't let vengeance consume him like it had Zemo. Of course, Bucky is under cryostasis so he won't have any time to make new friends.

I read an article the Sebastian said the next movie he is filming is Infinity War and people took that to mean he wouldn't be in Black Panther. Well, BP won't start filming until early next year and Infinity War is supposed to start late Fall of this year.
