I'm still seeing so much Brie/Carol hate on social media. The fact of the matter is if she were a man, people would love her arrogance but because she's a woman, somehow she's too much.

sadly, we have much progress to go in our gender equality, here in the USA. i have watched Cap Marvel quite a few times now, and i still fail to see why all the hate. it's a really great superhero movie, with some underlying political and social messages/themes, all of them relevant in 1989, when Carol was a pilot in the US Air Force. clearly, the crititards and haters did not see the same film i did, if they even watched it all. smh.
