17 hours is too much. The body is exhausted and you don't really feel well or relaxed.

Have you guys heard what happened in Boston? Just awful.

That's how our bodies react, when we sleep too much. 8 hours is optimal.

It really is. Just shocking and awful.

Yeah, it is. Even though, usually my body reacts differently than others. But, apparently not when it comes to sleeping.
