Hi, just wanted to say hi to everyone, and start a new thread. As the subject suggests it's basically picking a song that matches what the charcater is feeling in that scene. List the episode, describe the scene then list the song lyrics with the artist:

I'm not sure if this isn't going to turn into pointless lyrics-posting. :look:

How about if we make it into a game? The poster in front names a scene and the next poster names a song s/he thinks is appropriate for that scene, and maybe quote a few relevant lines of lyrics. :look:

There's no real right or wrong answer. You're supposed to fit a song to the scene that the previous poster described, and then name a new scene for the next poster. :)

How about Boys and Girls by Blur? Rumors had it that Ian listened to it a lot during the filming of YA.

I see nobody is posting in this thread but since that Nikki posted in other thread a little bit of This Kiss and fits perfectly with the pics she posted... I just wanted to say that any time I listen to Forever and for always and The One by Shania Twain... well I can't help to think about Jake and Hamilton :sigh:

I also think of J&H when I hear "Growing on Me" by the Darkness. It really fits the process of how they fell in love. R Kelly's "Step in the name of Love"(remix/radio single) and "Love Signals", and "Weatherman" all seem to fit in with Lena's romantic philosophy.

Not only these two songs of Shania Twain, there're also some others of hers that make me think about J&H "When You Kiss Me" & "From This Moment", "Wanna Get to Know You" and especially "I'm Jealous", I've actually made some music videos of J&H with some of them,and definitely :sigh:

Oh, there's another one that I really favoured lately,it's David Gray's one "Be Mine".
