I agree Sybbie will be a bit older in s4, it all depends on the time jump between CS2 and S4.

They will need another cute Baby that looks a bit like Sybbie did in the CS, because the child they had there will now be a year too old to play the part.

BTW I loved Allen with the Baby. He looked enchanted, didn't he?

I wonder how they managed the Carson/Sybbie scene. How do they do that, having the Baby cry at the right moment and then stop imediately when Carson takes her up in his arm?

Considering that they have to do theses scenes a lot of times, it must be difficult to manage, don't you think?

And talking about acting: In the scene with Mrs Hughes, when she tells Tom he didn't discourage Edna, he has slightly "puffy eyes" already although he starts crying only later when she tells him Sybil would be so proud of him. I think he probably had to cry and not cry over and over doing this scene a few times. I would so love to watch the filming of such a scene and see how actors do that kind of thing.

Actually, not necessarily. If the C/S was filmed in August, they could consider using the same baby for the early S4 scenes. The rest could depend on time jumps.

What I thought was interesting was that the baby complained when Edna took her from Tom. Even the baby knew that Edna was trouble.

Yes, that was one clever Baby

You're right, if they don't do major time jumps and if they start the season about half a year later than the CS, they could use the same girl.
That would be nice, because she was so cute!
