I think if they had grown up together it would have been like Sweet Valley High personality wise with Sutton being more into fashion, boys, and scheming, and Emma being like Elizabeth the more academic one like Laurel. Plus book Emma did want to go into investigative journalism and Liz wanted to be a journalist. I think they would have competed but had loyalty towards each other

Yes, they would have competed, at least Sutton would have. The thing is that Emma wasn't really interested in the same things that Sutton was. So I'm afraid Sutton's competition would be seen in her always trying to steal away Emma's boyfriends, or making her look foolish socially, or making fun of her fashion choices. Well, exactly all the things she already started doing :lol:

I guess they probably would have competed with guys and tennis lol. Since those are the two things they had in common lol.

Oh, I forgot about the tennis. I got the feeling that Emma was better at tennis than Sutton. Not that Sutton wouldn't cheat in order to win! And Emma would let her get away with it.
