well, i just had a huge smile on my face for most of this episode.
it was beautifully shot. but the story and the warmth and the shift was beautiful as well. every part of it worked for me... and jeannies struggle was so real. martys realization of what he really wanted too... what he couldnt let go of... and what he could was also so beautiful. this episode was just glorious on the eyeballs. i have had a deep longing to visit cuba (very high on my bucket list) for many years... and this just compounded it. (i love them all giving skip the finger at the end and how well they played monica... and that marty didnt want any of THAT. married man that he was ) loved the dance party touch at the end. wonder if that was kb's idea. __________________
