Airs Sunday February 23rd 10/9c Showtime

Marty (DON CHEADLE) and his new Kaan & Associates Pod pursue an organic grocery store CEO (DANIEL STERN). Jeannie (KRISTEN BELL) endures Doug (JOSH LAWSON) reminiscing about the “old team,” while expressing his dislike for their new co-workers at Galweather Stearn. Meanwhile, Clyde (BEN SCHWARTZ) struggles in his new position working for Monica (DAWN OLIVIERI), who is a far more heinous boss than he could have imagined.

i had to open this thread early because.... holy crap

the power moves that happend in this... i cant even.

it was amazing to see jeannie and marty's approach the the Lukas/Dre debacle (from a business perspective) and how Marty wouldnt back down even though Jeannie was right and had the whole room (subtly) on her side. she is smart... and sometimes i think even more astute then Marty. and she just took it (his attitude) and then she screwed him over because of it (which of course is complicated since its her business too now, but anyway) it was just impressive. and i think marty almost thought so too despite himself... and i think he may finally know he simply cant **** with her.

it was also the first conversation that marty and jeremiah had that i actually really felt like they connected. it wasnt head shrinky or anything... it was genuine.

Marty / Roscoe. oh my.

oh and jeannie saying " shut the **** up clyde" and dougs comment after.

love jeannie's approach here, unlike lukas, shes not throwing a tantrum just cus she doesnt get her way.. think she expected marty's attitude so she knew how to work around it.

yeah. jeannie knows exactly how to play marty. it must be a bit unsettling for him... because he pretty much taught her everything she knows... and now she knows too much. she has had the upper hand on him this whole season so far... possibly barring episode one. but its all been on her terms.

and doug on the 'shut the **** up clyde' bit... 'burns a bit on the way down doesnt it'
