Seems so, Kat Graham mentioned she would NOT join the Originals and she said she was tired of getting killed off all the time at a convention.

Oh on one hand I can understand her but on the other hand that is so sad that she thinks she would get killed off

She said she died multiple times so she just tried to make it different all the time it happened but I'm sure it had to be annoying.

Just as it was annoying for us fans to keep watching.
