Yeah I expected more ... but I guess the writers were not creative enough to put them together in scenes after the pregnancy reveal.

I mean Elena isn't on the show anymore so there really isn't any great excuse why they couldn't be in more scenes together.

They didn't even need to make Caroline pregnant because of Candice pregnancy.
They could have just got Caroline get taking hostage while everyone is searching for her location or, have some great camera angles when she started to show or have her with some big clothes. lol

It's always ways around it.

For sure they could have filmed around Candice pregnancy ... it was just such a weird storyline and it didn't bring much positive effects for Bonnie/Caroline.

No it didn't. I really believed with these two being the main women on the show now, things would be different.

However, I should've remembered that romances is the main focus, always!
