There scenes tonight were amazing.

Her coming over to apologize which is not something Emily does easily was unbelievable. The two of them back to scheming together and the ending scene when they were both obviously worried about each other was incredible.

and in the apology scene (so worth the wait btw!) how she confirmed what we always say, about how she is NOT the kind of person to trust anyone or let anyone in... YET she is doing that with him now specially after the apology...

I really loved when she invited him to Daniel's b-day party. When he said I thought that only for friends and family and she said well both of those apply to you I almost squealed out loud.

Ah! Awesome scenes! Obviously,I loved the apology scene when I saw it in the sneak preview but I just love how for the first time when she came to apologize,you could see that she,too,is socially awkward.She might be really awesome at putting on a show but I think deep down,she's just as socially awkward as Nolan is....like Emily looks all calm and cool but Amanda is a really damaged individual who doesn't know how to have relationships.

Then when she invited him for the party! AWWWWW! So cute.I love how he just lit up.Like to Nolan,that was a dream come true.The little looks he gets whenever she does something nice....so adorable puppy dog.GM does them all the time.He's so a (not so secret) shipper.

But my fav was the scene of the beach.One,HE SAVED HER.Sure,Jack and Daniel tackled Tyler but Nolan is waaaay smarter than everyone combined and actually saved Emanda.And then her touching him arm when she walked away.That's not sibs,guys,no way in hell

I have to say tonight`s episode was the first one where i shipped Emanda and Nolan as more than friends.

First of the apology scene was pretty good, especially Emanda showing her social awkwardness and then her and Nolan exchanging smile.

Also it was so great that Emily invited Nolan to the party. Nolan was beside himself with joy.

The last part of the episode was the best part. It was so great to see Nolan save Emily and then afterwards have an outstanding moment where she touched his arm and exchanged rather flirty looks. That definitely wasn`t sibling bonding there.

I don`t know what else is there to say other than i loved all of the great stuff with Emily and Nolan in tonight`s episode. The chemistry between them was off the charts and now i`m hoping that Emily will maybe give Nolan a very special treat for all of his help down the road.

from ausiello. they're not writing them as love interests right now. which is fine with me. but they better not make them siblings or something because jfc what a contrived stupid non-twist.

That was the interview I was talking about right before the episode aired

I'm fine with them not writing N/E as romantic interests for now.To be honest,if it happens,I don't expect it to be for awhile...which I'm perfectly fine with.It's like when I shipped C/B on Gossip Girl before they got together,I thought they would be a ship where they'd constantly tease us but it would take ages for them to act on anything (I was wrong in that case but I think you see that sort of ship on tons of shows).

My only problem will be if they turn them into sibs.It won't make sense.For one,it won't really provide a great story since N/E are already friends/partners.And two,I think when you write for show,you go into it with some ideas about relationships but chemistry is the huge unknown.If two actors have sexual chemistry,it really doesn't work to have them end up being related bc that chemistry isn't going to just disappear.Chemistry is a HUGE reason N/E is my ship.It's all a reason why despite Daniel being gorgeous and Jack being sweet (and me loving Kyle from Roswell),I can't really ship either of Emanda's "main" ships.

There have been tons of shows where writers have changed their minds based on chemistry...normally it doesn't happen for at least 3/4 of a season + because they already have storylines they're planning but it happens all the time

and i finally watched that episode. i don't know how the siblings thing would work when he practically calls her, "baby" or " babe" every chance he can get.

But as far as that particular interview, I sill stad that Kelley's "their relationship is deeper than ONE of them is aware of.." is code for - Nolan pretty much already has fallen for Emanda (maybe not IN LOVE yet - but it's getting there with him saving her and all lol) but Nolan will never ever bring that up with Emanda now obvs bc he thinks she would NEVER see him that way - plus all the revenge shiz she's got on her mind yk? But that's just me

Regardless, these two WILL fall in love as WILL make pretty blonde babies after Emanda avenges her daddy with Nolan's help. And that's that.

I did talk to a reporter from THR on twitter who was gonna talk to Kelley today and I asked him to ask about N/EA romantically and our other spec about Charlotte being David's daughter.... He said he would let's hope he did!!!
