I love shrimp! I wish our oceans were cleaner. And yes, Vietnamese food is SO good. I usually order:
Rice Vermicelli with grilled pork, shrimp and eggrolls, shredded lettuce, fresh mint, chopped cucumber and roasted peanuts, with homemade fish sauce. Fresh Spring Rolls: Shredded lettuce, fresh mint and rice vermicelli with a choice of shrimp, chicken or pork wrapped into a softened rice paper, served with spicy or non-spicy peanut dipping sauce. I did! Today! I had a chocolate cupcake with the best peanut butter frosting, and it had a small Reese's Cup on the top.

I did as well!
 Yesterday we celebrated my dad's birthday with my brother, sister, and their S/O's and we had chocolate cake....which my sister insisted WE take. So much for diets! Of course I had cake after dinner tonight.TPBM likes peanut butter and chocolate? |
