They do make a cute pair. It would have been easy enough for the writers to have given Daphne feelings for Travis. Their kiss was sweet. The writers don't seem to be going there yet, though.

Does anybody think there is any hope for these two to have a romance?

I hope he and Daphne maintain a friendship at the very least. I really like Travis as a character and the actor is GREAT bringing him to life. Travis seems so real to me. HIs emotions are right there for all to see. I like that about him.

I did like their scene at the car wash and him coming back to Carlton. I hope their (purely) platonic relationship continues because even though she doesn't see him as a viable romantic partner, she does care about him.

I think after their food truck experience they have bonded even more. So I would love to see this friendship explored more.

I don't know if they are. I'd have to see. I feel like they could go one of two ways; one, be just good friends or two, realize after many years how they feel about each other. Well, that's more Daphne. We know how Travis feels.

I really wish they hadn't rushed the writing for these two as a couple and then flushed it so fast. I loved the progress they were making. Never got into Noah/Daphne. I really hope that Daphne can take a step back and realize that she had a good guy - perhaps she can get him back. Instead of going from boyfriend ... to boyfriend ... to boyfriend, etc. She's not gonna make the same connection she had with Travis with such random guys.

Something else I liked - Travis was a great guy that, for once, didn't date Bay first. That's a plus :lol: since I don't like the girls "sharing" guys (I don't count Jeff - hated that whole storyline :rolleyes:).

Daphne and Travis have a powerful connection and friendship that it was sad to see it not translate into a romance. It was realistic though because not every friendship can become that, but I wish they had given them more build up and time too even if romance wasn't where they would end up.

They could've really been something if they had taken their time and handled it well. They pretty much chucked an egg at a pan expecting an omelette ... but they didn't do the prep work to make it good.

Sadly that goes for a lot of storylines we've been given :(.

Unfortunately Daphne just went for Travis because Emmett made that observation about her and hearing guys. I wish he had made it about her feelings for Travis rather than hearing/deaf. That's why I liked it when Bay made the comment about hooking up with Travis (deaf Matt Damon :lol:). It was about figuring out Daphne's feelings for Travis, not deaf guys in general.

Maybe Travis will grow a little bit and explore relationships with other girls this season.

If Travis can believe in himself a little more, I think Daphne could fall for him. To me, that was always their biggest hangup. Travis did not believe he was good enough for Daphne, and until he does, she won't believe it either.

It didn't help that Daphne has a five minute attention span when it comes to guys :lol:.

I really hope they at least show their friendship this coming season.
