It's Emma's and both Jen and the writers have said from the beginning it's important.

In fact someone on twitter during this past week when Jen did a Q+A session made a connection and she said good eye.

I was hoping it would be explained in this episode but I guess we have to wait a little longer. I can't say I mind much if it means we get another flashback episode.

I noticed it when Emma raised her hands to surrender to the cop. Did she get that after she met Neal? If so, she had it in common with Hook who had a tattoo on the same part in remembrance of Milah, his true love.

I would love another Emma flashback episode.

One flashback that I'm currently thinking of is back to when Emma is pregnant and in prision and then she decides to give up the baby for adoption and one of the things to come out of her mouth are those ever famous words "I have to give him his best chance." I would love a flashback to something like that :D

Same here.

It's so tragic for so many reasons but given that we all ready know Henry we can't help but be happy to find out his origins story! :sigh:

It was sad the way Emma found out she was pregnant.

In my mind I had always had it play out like she found out she was pregnant before she went to prison (and this was before I watched episode 9 in which she lied to Henry).

But for her to find out she was pregnant while in jail was heartbreaking.

I did feel bad for Emma going to jail the way she did. Unfortunately, lol, she was young and blinded by 'love' and it did catch up with her as she was engaging in criminal activity. Granted, some of it harmless, but still illegal nevertheless.

You know it is interesting because in the form of characters from books, movies, tv, etc there have only been two other characters who I've genuinely been like "okay they're criminals but I hope they get away with it".

Those characters have been Robin Hood and Green Arrow.

Emma is now the 3rd character ever (and' we're talking like 20 some years of entertainment here) where I've been like "okay yeah she's a criminal but I hope she doesn't get caught!" :lol:

And then I felt aweful when she did :(
