I definitely think Henry will be chasing after Regina and Emma. I think that is what that scene in the promo on the horses is about. He thinks she's kidnapped Emma.
I'm not sure he's really a villian, but definitely doesn't seem to be the forgiving sort. Of course in most kingdoms, if you murder the king and queen, you get executed. It's just a bit shocking come from Henry. I kind of wish they had chosen someone other than him for that role. |

Probably meant to be another example of the wishverse being 'off', but Henry did just see his grandparents being cruelly murdered in front of his mother, so I can understand him feeling not too forgiving.
