think we'll see Tink in the FTL?

I hope she doesn't get the Ella treatment

I doubt it. Ella got panned by critics,so obviously that mattered. As far as I know,Tink has been well-received.

I hope they try for Tinkfire. They have a chance to make Neal more like he was in FTL.

Spoiler alert!!

I watched the midseason finale and i was in emotional distress. I almost cried when Rumple sacrificed himself for Neal and Belle. However, as the shock wore off, I began to think about the possibilities for the second half of the season. Which brought me to my theory.

Rumple's main magical powers come from being the dark one. When Pan woke up, he put the cuff on Rumple, eliminating those powers. Rumple kills Pan with his dagger, and then also kills himself. Because he is the dark one, the dagger is the only thing that can kill him. However, because he sacrifices himself, there is no new dark one. The dark one's power is dark magic, which is meant to be used for selfish gain. When he sacrificed himself, he was selfless. He did it out of true love, an even more powerful magic. I think the power of true love will save Rumple. Maybe the dagger killed the dark one, but I think Rumple is still alive.

Anyone agree or disagree?

I agree - i think his "undoing' means the dark one is gone but not Rumple.

I had forgotten about the prophecy in regards to that! That makes sense.

i kind of felt that from day one - like her prophecy that his actions on the battlefield would make his son fatherless......didn't happen the way he thought they would. Undoing can mean MANY things, and since Henry is bringing him closer to Neal, and making him "go soft" so to speak (the willingness to sacrifice himself for family, help others without a price, etc - not really "dark one" traits and they all seem to have happened since henry brought him to Neal......) i've always thought he didn't need to DIE to be "undone" - just that his evil persona would 'undone'

i DO wonder if he'll have any magic though.......i think all of his power is tied into being the dark one, so if the dark one is gone and only rumple remains, that means no magic, right? And i wonder if they'll use that - like suddenly the most powerful person, who would, in theory, be the best person to fight a wicked witch or find portals to get his grandson back is now powerless

I agree, that makes total sense. What I wonder is where he went. Are they gonna bring in Oz somehow?

i'm super curious about how they're going to do it - i love oz and the wicked witch, but depending on how they work it in, it could go really well or really bad, ya know?

it COULD be interesting if rumple went to oz, and finding his way back to the EF brought the wicked witch? or something like that......

They'll have to. They'll probably make Rumple one of the characters, though. I don't know who's going to be in Dorothy and Glinda's places, though. Blue and Tink are nothing like Glinda.

I agree about Rumple, but they can't make Regina the only magic user. He'll have to go about it differently this time, though. He had too much trouble in a land without magic and once he gets it back, I think he'll appreciate it more.

Pretty much agree with this. He's alive somewhere now all Belle & Neal is find a way to find him. Well first, believe that he is alive and go look for him.

She will-There's no question about it. He may not,but that's because life made him cynical. This would be a great idea and he'd stop being boring. I don't like Neal because the character is just there-He has no role aside from Henry's dad and Rumple's son. They need to bring the FTL portion of him back and make him more like "Bae". If he stopped going by Neal for a bit, it's a step in the right direction.
