I know but it's a fantasy show about magic, so even though Neal is dead, there's still a chance they could meet again.

:nod: We don't need things to get worse. The only good thing about a character being dead is that things shouldn't possibly get worse than that.

Unless the writers throw that dead character under the bus to prop another.

It is possible. I'd like to think they wouldn't stoop that low. Not after they gave us the season 3 flashback, but maybe that's naive.

Arrow. They throw a character under the bus to prop their sibling. And they've thrown Oliver's fighting skills under to prop Thea and Laurel's.

That doesn't sound good. Fighting skills can be a problem sometimes. Emma learned how to use a sword really fast. She seemed as good at it as Charming and Hook....

That's a case of plot winning out over characterization.
