A year? That was probably the duration of the period from Snow's wedding to the activation of the curse. You know, pregnancy lasts for about nine and a half months, so Aurora's story should've happened during that time. :look:

I think Aurora was already under the sleeping curse when Regina tried it with Snow. Maybe that's how Regina found out about it and went to Maleficient for the curse.

Who knows how long Snow was on the run but I get the impression that it was probably something that lasted for several years. I usually put Snow at Emma's age and the young Snow that was helped by The Hunter seemed to be in her teens to me.

I don't know how old Aurora is supposed to be but Sarah Bolger is 13 years younger than Ginny, I think a simmilar but not as wide gap fits for their characters, so I would put Aurora at around 18-20 years old.

This would mean Aurora was a kid when Snow went on the run so she probably knew very little about King Leopold and his daughter Snow White, save for the information that Queen Regina had made sure to extend to the other kingdoms. Information that apparently made Snow White an outlaw.

Thanks for the explanation! Now I've got it. Maleficent must've cast the sleeping curse to Aurora at first, of which the great effect was observed by Regina, urging her to trade the curse off for it to use it on Snow. When it was broken by true love kiss, Regina decided to get her curse back. So, that happened long before Snow was on the run as an outlaw in her own kingdom.

I think the sleeping curse was used on Aurora's mother first and when Maleficent got it back from Regina, (when Regina took the other curse in 1x02) she must have gone after Aurora.

I wonder if we'll see blackflashes of Aurora and Maleficent :look:

I hope so, I think there should a centric for them at some stage.
