Rumpel
I don't think Rumpel is power hungry, I think he just wanted magic/power to find his son, that his motivation. People have been saying that Rumpel is power hungry, but he just wants his magic back to find his son. I think once he finds his son he will probably go back to the old human Rumpel. Because in the episode ''The Return" he was going to do that when he thought that August was Baelfire.
