He was asked if Rumple would have his happy ending in the end and he said he doesn’t know, that he if he had his choice - perhaps not since Rumple is a loner, except that he loves Belle. He did say that he had something of a happy beginning…

You had to see his face when he said this - his eyebrows raised and he shrugged, as if he was saying “sorry, I can’t be more positive”.

OUCH…..
I know he doesn’t know what’s going on, but it still stung - though of course I know and expect that Adam and Eddy will ruin Rumbelle’s HE.

My impression is that he prefers Rumple not to have a HE

You've seen the videos, now here are a few of my comments from Giles, Robbie and Beverley's panel :

Giles spoke of how his father looked like Bobby and his mother is a blonde, blue-eyed Australian, so that it was easy to connect with Bobby and Em emotionally….
Then he said they have awesome senses of humor and they all love to muck about …

Robbie Kay spoke so beautifully about Bobby and Emilie ...
He talked about how close they are, how that closeness was evident in their scenes - and then he talked again about how you can see how close they are whenever they are together …
Beverly spoke about Bobby and Em's beautiful chemistry....
Sigh…

Robert doesn’t talk Rumples voice/ laugh on stage. It’s not him when he’s not in costume. So he is sorry but he won’t do it (x)
Girl asked Bobby why he’s still on the show bc he’s an awesome actor (x)

Saddest scene for Bobby was when she pushed rumple over the tow line (x)
Both were really upset the night she pushed him over the townline (x)
Saddest scene? Robert : when belle pushed Rumple over the line (looks at Emilie) you were brilliant that night Emilie: aw thank you (x)
When belle falls off te curtain was one of the funniest moments (x)
When belle falls odd the ladder in toRumples arms was a very sweet scene..Emilie looks at Robert we should be proud of that moment (x)
Bobby always enjoyed the rumbelle EF scenes (x)

Aww don’t feel bad about that

, in earlier interviews he did say that he just didn’t see a HEA for Rumple and I could see that. The S6 finale took me off guard, I totally thought they would let Rumple reconcile with his family but I felt they would kill him off, sacrifice himself so the others would live. Kind of like Darth Vader becoming Anakin again in his final moments with his son, or Severus Snape showing his true colors as he died. I was delighted but also shocked that not only did Gideon get to be a baby again, but they all got to be a family!

So I could see RC being a bit torn on this too, his character at times seems all about family but at others all about power, and RC mentioned his frustration with the inconsistencies of the show, which many viewers share as well. Is does hurt a bit to hear him say that, but I think he was simply sharing his opinion and I ‘m so glad S6 got such a wonderful array of HEAs. If you watch S7 and don’t like it, just go back to S6 and let that be your OUAT series finale. Its got to make RC feel like a million bucks to know that this one character means so much to so many people

Been staying away because I don't care about Season 7 without Belle.

But I wanted to see what happened at the con and am so glad I did.

Of course he didn't like GQ. He cares about this character and knew how "weird" it would be. Emilie said this fall how

they were. Although I see some who don't believe he said the things that are being reported. It's apparently a "Rumbeller fantasy."

I find him so refreshing and frankly think he should be writing the show instead of the writers,

Anyway, their friendship and respect for each other are wonderful to see.

I have such respect for both of them as actors and as people. We've been so lucky. We know how special they are even if A&E don't.

The con was just everything I ever dreamed of and more. I posted stuff in some threads here I think and just now in the Bobby/Em thread in the Bobby forum. This con was all about Bobby and Emilie's friendship ...

There's a main blogger who thinks we're pretty much lying, but she's ridiculous. I was there today and if you read my recap in the Bobby thread here, you'll see...

Some stuff:

Bobby: "She loves me..."
I’m crying, seriously, these two….

When he was editing my chipped cup, Emilie was leaving her autograph session. She said “bye, Bobby - see you later” and she came up close to him. Someone shouted for them to hug - which they kind of did as I think (I’m exhausted and this happened so fast) he out his arm around her; whatever they did, it was beautiful. Then Bobby says “she loves me” - ugh. I don’t remember what Em said, but I think it was something like “he thinks” and they bantered back and forth for a minute.
There are no words to describe how much I LOVE their friendship - they really love each other …

To the very end, Bobby and Emilie were together....

They came out together in the closing ceremonies, holding hands - then he had his hand on her back.
They stood next to each other the entire time, laughing and talking - her arm was touching his.
When I left the room, I saw Bobby and Em walking (fast, lol) together down the hallway. I don’t know if they were going to have dinner together or what, but they didn’t wait for the other actors…
I’m overwhelmed with feelings for these two; they have the most beautiful friendship and love for each other ….

before Bobby had his own season, was so awesome. LOL I loved how Em waved “bye bye” with her fingers (you know, when you curl your fingers)…..

I adore them both. And believe me, I absolutely believe everything you and some others have reported. I was not shocked at all that he didn't like or want GQ. What would have been shocking would be if he did. So not sure what's so hard to believe there.

Yeah, I feel the same way, I'm not interested in S7 and since S6 finale was written when they didn't know if the show would be renewed or not, I'm taking that as the ending they envisioned for the show
