Yeah, Cinderella had no idea what she was doing or even who she was dealing with. She was desperate and made a mistake. I don't think she deserves any blame for it, nor I think Rumple showed disdain for her. She was just an unwitting pawn in his long and complicated chess game, plus Rumple himself made similar mistake with Zoso.

I loved that episode. He was great.

I never quite understood why people blamed Rumple so much when he made a deal with him. Sometimes he came to them and sometimes they came to him. But it's not like people didn't know what he was like. He cajoled people into making deals with him sometimes but he didn't force them.

You mean the deal he made with Cinderella? She was desperate, and she clearly didn't know who Rumple was (why would her abusive adoptive family bother to tell her about him, after all?). Plus, she was just a kid (She was 19 when she had Alexandra, so she couldn't have been older than 18 when she made that deal with Rumple, possibly even younger), and he was a 300 years old sorcerer. I love him, but that wasn't his finest moment.
