I just find it fishy that she came out of the blue when he woke up. When Regina found about Mary reading to him.

Yeah, me too, Tara. I mean, we know that in our time, 28 years has passed and for her to be in the same town and not have any idea that a John Doe was reported and admitted into the hospital is just weird. It does smell like a set up but we need to see more of this Catherine to understand where her place in all this is.
