He HAS to be...the falling MP3 player player? Was it just me ~ or did other people think that was a parallel with his memory of falling through the portal? NO?

...maybe I'm reading too much into it. I hope it's him though. Michael Raymond-James is an epic actor. He can totally handle any emotional crap the writers through his way.

Baelfire is one of my favorite characters and I hope they stop teasing us with fake-Baes and JUST INTRODUCE HIM ALREADY.

I hope MRJ is Baelfire. Even though he was just in a little scene, I'm already in love with him.

And besides, why would the show devote it's very first scene to some random guy who wasn't important? He has to be Bae.

And I totally agree. Why would the show give the opening scene to a character that wasn't important. That very fact makes me think he's Baelfire.

And what a handsome man he grew up to be.

That was pretty ballsy of the writers...first scene of Season 2. BOOM.

They're not wasting any time not-screwing with us this year.

I also hope MRJ isn't the douche-bag who knocked up Emma and broke her heart...

See, that's the thing. I know we only saw one scene, but from what I could tell, he seemed to be a decent guy.

Exactly. He seems like a sweet guy. A little clumpsy and down on his luck? Yes. But not necessarily bad.

Yeah, he seemed pretty nice to me too. I'm starting to wonder if he's actually Henry's father. I always viewed him as a jerk, but this guy seems pretty tame.

I've always wanted Bae to be Henry's father, but right now, I don't really know anymore... I'm so damn curious to find out more about that guy's life, and it just screams "BAELFIRE" to me. Whether or not he's gonna be related to Emma (and I would love that SO much), I have no clue!

Yup. That opening scene has oficially swept me off my feet.
