Maybe I am missing it, but why is it clear why he proposes early? I can't wait till Tues night and our episode but it will also mean that Sun and Monday's Nor'easter is going to be behind me as well. Although, snow most of next week. Ugh....anyway, so glad I have NG as a bright spot in my week.

And before 6x15 I couldn't understand what 'expedited' meant. Now I believe, Winston's 20-phases plan is expedited, that is the proposal will take place in 6x16 somehow, not in 20 weeks And Aly wearing a ring proves this

Oh, okay. I thought you knew why, he decided to propose early. I guess we will soon find out.

Q: Can you please talk about New Girl's future? Like, how many seasons could we get and when do you think will New Girl season end? Thanks! SSA: This is really difficult to answer. Like I said before, barring a major surprise, we’ll get a season 7. And then we just have to wait and see how S7 performs, ratings wise. A midseason start helped S5 to have solid ratings, because there are almost no breaks. I honestly feel like we could get a season 8, but some colleagues think season 7 will be the last season of New Girl. So much also depends on the new comedy shows that will premiere on Fox next season. If there are 2-3 new comedy shows with great ratings, S7 could be the last season. But looking at Fox’s history, they are not that great with new comedy shows (scheduling wise) and most of the new shows get bad ratings and don’t last long. My prediction for now: I think New Girl will end after eight seasons.
