In either case it can't happen but I do find their friendship adorable.

IDK Schmidt but Cece has been in Europe. I'd love me a Carribean Cruise Trip, but they did cruise trip before so IDK lol. but yeah I bet on Hawaii, just the two of them, horizontal sex all day son

Also, okay, this isn't fanfiction because I've still been recovering slowly and haven't had the motivation to write much, but I DID write for the Domesticity Meme - it was floating around tumblr and I decided to give it a try.

You guys should try your hand at it, too!

What happened when they met each other’s parents? Schmidt’s mom: “But she’s not Jewish!” Cece’s mom: “But he’s not Indian!” Fast-forward like, five months and they’re all friends. Sharing cheese platters and wine on a Sunday, sending Christmas cards. They’re all even friends on Facebook now.

How do they apologize after an argument? Cece’s bad at admitting she’s wrong, so she’ll (attempt to) cook a big dinner at his place, spell out ‘I’m sorry’ with food. Schmidt’s better at words, so he’s got apologizes in the bag.

What would they be like as parents? Cece’s a cool mom. The kids go to her for advice, for someone who’ll watch ‘America’s Next Top Model’ with them past their bedtime, when their dad says no. Schmidt’s paranoid, but only because he loves them. Like, super loves them, follow them around with a video camera because, “I can’t miss a cute moment, Cece! Who am I kidding, all of their moments are cute!”

Who is the better cook? Schmidt, hands down. Cece tries her hand at cooking and Schmidt just shoos her out of the kitchen (he’s saving her from burning down the place, okay). He makes a mean five-course Thanksgiving meal every November.

Who is more romantic? They’re equally romantic, but Schmidt’s better at big speeches and Cece’s better at gift-buying to show her love.

What sort of gifts do they get for each other? Fancy jewelry on a good day, Starbucks just because — Schmidt falls in love with Cece all over again every time she comes home with a Caramel Macchiato, okay? They’re a pretty classy couple. One Christmas Schmidt even used his bonus money to buy her a Rolex.

Who gets jealous easiest? Cece, but she’ll never admit it.

Who gets more excited for events e.g.. Birthdays, Christmas? Schmidt, obviously. He has a countdown calendar for everything. Even like, St. Patrick's Day. ("But we're not Irish, Schmidt!")

Who is the most adventurous? Cece. She dragged him zip lining once. Schmidt’s idea of “adventurous” is the upper level Spin Class they took together.

Who is the most protective? Schmidt. Not like, ‘I’ll beat your ass if you check out my woman’ protective, because violence is not the answer, ladies and gentleman, strongly worded letters are. But he’s protective of Cece because she’s finally his, okay?

What would they have been like as childhood sweethearts? Schmidt was the boy who made it known he was crushing on her — hard. We’re talking picking her flowers at recess, drawing her pictures in art class. Cece, however, was the, ‘I like you but I’ll pretend I don’t for the sake of looking cool in front of the other first graders so I’m going to push you down on the playground today’ kind of girl.
