I know that it has been said many times and it can't be said enough. That damn triangle is to blame. Now that we are finally free of that albatross, Zoe should finally start growing. We won't have to deal with the every 7 episode feelings stuff that regressed Zoe and did the most damage to her character. Rewatching season 1 I liked her just fine.

That's true, a lot of the choices they had Zoe make were to not exclusively tie her to either Wade or George & continue to give both sides hope.

Hated the Hate On Wade Day! It was not the whole town's business. Where was George's Hate Day when he got the whole town to help move the wedding inside and then left Lemon at the altar?

Hope LL's affair comes out.

So glad the triangle/duck is dead. It didn't do any good for the characters.

Oh I agree that was the biggest problem. Here is hoping they revamp Zoe in S3 because they did alot of damage.

That is it exactly. They couldn't go full force with WZ because they had to keep giving the other side hope. And yet things were so heavily weighted in favor of WZ that it really made Zoe look bad and became annoying. And they went way over board with having Wade be devoted to her. So then you are left with a lop-sided relationship where it makes you question Zoe's actions and behavior. That is why it was easier to sympathize with Wade after the cheating. Now that Zoe doesn't have to remember that she is supposed to have feelings for George every 7 episodes we should be fine. And if there is enough on her part to show that she truly cares for Wade that will make up for the ground they lost in season 2.

Thank you forgot about Golden Boy. Not only that I don't recall George even helping to clean up the mess afterwards. No he was in Lavon kitchen trying to make life plans with Zoe.

I think we were talking about their affair coming out in public not them getting together as a couple.

Lemon made his life hell in season 2 at times. LOL So I'm ok with that. She had some great lines for him.

That was a good line. I liked Lemon in S2.

Money jars need to come back.
