people ARE bad drivers because they are talking on their cell phones or just not paying attention

It is illegal to hold your cell phone and talk while driving!

Oh my gosh, Dave. The other day I was driving to work and I saw a cop driving while he was texting on his cell phone! :rolleyes: Isn't that ridiculous?

cops think they are immune to the laws

I know so many of them do... It's sad. I was like, how can he pull other people over for being on their phones when he's on his phone while driving himself?
