Because the accent is kinda a "fingernails on the chalkboard" thing
Because it does not make Zoe any less of a woman that she herself does not have any wedding plans, or a boyfriend, or even the prospect of one

Because Zoe finally caught Lemon in a vulnerable state
Because Zoe knows that Lemon is not weak, and doesn't run away from things
Because Zoe is welcome to a piece of cake... to go, of course
Because they're not friends, so Lemon is not gonna hug her or anything, but...she will tell her this..Even though there's no magic pill for her pain...she finds a way to go on. And once she goes on long enough, she will get over it. Lemon is living proof

Yeah, I am not sure why they even included the hiccups. I think if they wanted to show that Zoe was stressed, I think there were other ways they could have done that.
