Memory is something one must never take for granted. It is what most people don't ever really consider of importance. That is because they have it. No one ever wonders what will happen if they just someday stopped remembering things all together. If those memories they cherish so dearly would just vanish without a trace. And the people and places of importance to them...were no more. No one ever wondered what would happen.

The Plot:

The Shadybrook Clinic is a clinic that specializes in the mind. Mostly they center around psychological problems, but they have a very large and very popular study on amnesia. The loss of memroy due to a tramatic event in a persons life. This clinic is known as one of the few clinics that manages to keep patients in, and bring back their memories. With numerous pills and drugs they give, and many sessions in groups, and also the importance of those who once meant the world to them.

This roleplay centers around several couples in which one person in each couple has been diagnoised with amnesia, while their loved ones work hard as they can to try their best to get back the person they once knew...can they do it? Or will their loved one be lost forever?

Jason and Vicki

Jason was always a wild man. He was always willing to do anything. Take any risk of any kind. One night him and Vicki got into a fight. NO one really knows what it was about. But Jason hopped on his motorcycle and went for a ride. He got hit by a truck.

Be a good little boy and do what he's told. He decided he did not want that. So he moved out of his house at 17 and moved into his own apartment. Which is where he met and fell in love with Vicki.

History:Vicki's parents were what is known as world travelers. They took Vicki to basically every country for several years until they came to this town a few years ago for a break and met Jason. When she met Jason she convinced her parents to let her stay in town with her aunt, so she could be with him. They agreeded to do so. She fell in love with Jason right away and wants nothing more then to someday marry him.

They can be themselves, together. They don't' have to put on any acts. She confides in him and relied on him a lot in the beginning. He didn't expect anything of her. Then it grew into a friendship and moved on. That spark was there.

Sasha and Blake

Sasha was never someone to do anything risky. She would just be the girl that would always kind of make her own fun, but not at the risk of getting hurt. One night her and Blake went to a party, where she got very drunk. Blake went after her and she jumped in the car. They fought over the wheel and crashed into a tree. Sasha hit her head and lost her memory.

He taught her to stand up for herself.

Damien and Sandra have been together for such a long time that Damien was planning on popping the question to her the night he was injured. He knew she loved him, and he walked into her apartment to surprise her, only to find her in the arms of another man. Her ex boyfriend. Damien, angry and heartbroken attacked the other guy, the fight resulted when the other guy threw Damien out the window of a third floor apartment.

But she still blames herself for the accident.

Chris and Jessie are a very unlikely pair as most would say. He was a no good punk who caused trouble and she was the good girl. So it is no shock that he would wind up hurting himself. Chris has been in a depression since his little sister died a few months ago, and one night he had too much to drink. Jessie found him on some bridge...which he then jumped off the bridge and into the water. She got him out but he was in a coma for a month and when he woke he lost all memory.
