Shelter in LA - Angel/Roswell
You’ve run away from your home to get away from a complicated and extremely stressful life. Your friends are with you and they plan on staying with you to give you all of the support and help you need. You’ve finally found a place where you would like to settle down. There’s one problem, though…
You’re an alien. Well, an alien/human hybrid to be specific. That is what life is like for the pod squad - A group of alien-hybrids and humans that they’ve befriended and/or fallen in love with. They’ve run from Roswell New Mexico and wound up right in the middle of the only place weirder than their home town - Los Angeles. The pod squad is lucky, though. In LA there is a business that hires all sorts of people. Demons, vampires (yes, they all exist) mixed in with ordinary humans are employed by Angel at Wolfram & Hart‘s law firm. No, Angel doesn’t have a last name but that isn’t stopping him from being head of the firm. The firm deals mostly with paranormal cases and, in their off time, most of the employees are out fighting against evil. In a place with such oddities as vampires and demons, aliens should fit right in, right? What Are They Doing at Wolfram & Hart? Max Evans has his own office at Wolfram & Hart. There is no rent to pay. All Angel asks of him in return is to join him in his efforts to slay vampires. Isabel Evans works in the Mystical Studies department inside the law firm. She helps Wesley and all of his subordinates by using her ‘dream walking’ abilities. Michael Guerin is basically muscle. While his opinions and feelings are valued, the people at Wolfram & Hart like to think of him as a thug, hitman, etc. Liz Parker likes her new job working in the Practical Sciences department with Fred Burkle and Knox. Maria DeLuca uses her extraordinary vocal talents and stage presence working as a replacement for Lorne. Since a spell was cast on her, she can read people’s auras (futures, personalities, etc) when they sing just like Lorne used to do. Kyle Valenti also works in Mystical Studes with Wesley Wyndham-Pryce and Isabel. His love for Buddhism makes him naturally more interested in all sorts of demon cults and religions. And what does the Angel gang do again? Angel is a vampire cursed with a soul. the CEO of Wolfram & Hart. Charles Gunn is a lawyer extraordinaire. Wesley Wyndham-Pryce is the head of Mystical Studies. Winifred “Fred” Burkle is the head of Practical Sciences. Eve is the gang’s liaison to the senior partners. Knox is Fred’s subordinate. Nina Ash is a werewolf who comes to be locked up away from the public during the full moon. Spike is a vampire with a soul who sometimes helps the gang out. When The @#$% is This Story Set? This is set after the Roswell gang leaves Roswell. For the Angel gang, this is set before Eve is fired and before Illyria came to be. Sort of general 5th season, I guess. The Law There is no B/G rule, but you must take at least two characters. Please try to use proper spelling and grammar. Try to make each post at least three lines in length. It’s not that long. Experiment with relationships just because UC is awesome. Play nice. and is there any way for Connor, even though he wasn't a reg that time period? i can take Maria if Connor can't be allowed __________________

Sure! That leaves us with Max, Gunn, and Knox. We can live without Knox, but it would be nice to have him. I'll take one of the remaining three.

I'm taking Gunn because Fred interacts with Knox a lot and I'm an absolutely horrible Max. Horrible doesn't even begin to cover it.. Atrocious. Nasty. Bad, bad, bad.
