LMAO at Phil and Claire trying to get the "good" neighbors to up their bid at dinner. Haley's expression was priceless.
The rest of the storylines were kind of just there and boring for me. __________________

the Dunphy's were my favorite too, as usual
loved it when they pretended to be gardening "C: Luke, grab that little hoe. L:*hugs Haley*" and uh, this xD but there were other funny parts with the others, like when Lily was asking her friend basic questions that was cute and the way Gloria tried to deal with the rivalry between Jay and that other guy __________________

Hilarious ep but I enjoyed the one with the Dunphys the most. I have terrible neighbors (moved in two years ago) so I can relate. They have noisy parties that go on until 4AM. I hate it!
The Jay/Gloria/Manny and Mitch/Cam storylines were forgetful sadly. I didn't enjoy it that much. Lily/Aubrey is always beginning to impress me with her acting. OMG, I can't with how fake that Haley laugh was. Also, it was so nice to see Jerry again, the Dunphys old neighbor from their Halloween ep in S2, I think. Same actor. __________________

It was an okay episode. It was not memorable but had some good stories. I liked the girl Manny was with but it was interesting that her grandpa was Jay's biggest competition. I liked Lily's scenes, quizzing the girl on her intellect.
