Book VS Show Comparisons #1: What is simiilar and what is different?

Books have 12 members in the coven and show will have 6. Hopefully that doesn't change the order of things too drastically, thought I imagine the show will be WAY different then the books.

I still wish they had kept Doug in the pilot. I feel like there's an uneven balance between boys and girls.

Me too me too. :( I think they'll probably bring in other guys from outside the coven though.

They got to unless they want two of the girls to be single for the entire show. :lol:

I wish there was a way to bring Doug into the coven. I wanted a Henderson twin. Personally I think the CW missed out here because they could of had their version of Fred and George Weasley if they had both twins. They would have had so many funny scenes. Oh, what could have been.

That would have been nice :nod: and I like 7 better as a number than 6. But who knows what they'll decide to bring into the show later in the season/in later seasons

I wanted the henderson brothers soo bad too. Maybe they'll bring them into the show some other way, who knows. :shrug:

I like 7 too, though so many shows now-a-days have way too many main cast members.

Back when Doug was still in the pilot I was picturing him being played by Jake Abel. Adam Winchester ftw! :lol:

That's true and it ends up being difficult to follow them all. But I don't really think seven would have been a problem. 12, yes but 7 would have been about perfect

Yeah, maybe they decided they should keep it an even number like in the books. :lol:

I'm sure they had a reason why they made this decision
