yea...first 1st minute or so the movie takes place in the preasent day 2016...then it goes back to the 40s

this is a time travel movie.... it starts in 2016...then goes to 1940s to introduce characters...then she time travels to 2016

I wonder who Tom Skerritt's character is? He seems to be remembering this part of the story.

oh...I didn't pay attention to the rest of the cast...he is the old man in the beginning of movie... he plays an important part in the movie towards the end

She and that kid made faces at each other through the window. I take it that kid is gonna be important to the story?

yup..... that kid is important down the line.... you'll see what the movie points to later on when she time travels.... but a lot of audiences wanted it to be about her finding love
