nope....that's not how it works.... whoever is available and has NO assignment is eligible to get an assignment..... we're also allowed to list the boards that we are familiar with the subject matter.

that's not how it works either...I've posted on some boards I wanted to MST and they gave it to someone else.. it's based on availability and if you have a current assignment or not

they work hand and hand...Julie and Nikki would ideally like to give an MST a board that one is familiar with subject matter, but during busy periods like December... whoever is available gets the assignment
