I'd love him to be on an episode that is completely centered around him.

as far as Evangeline Lilly Goes I could totally see her as a Bad Girl type ,my only concern is how she'd play off with Castle seeing as Nathan played one of Kate Austen's Love Interests, they've worked together before.
