Tanzania may not be his cup of tea lol, my friends husband is from there and he said he’d never bring his wife there because of how certain areas are-not sure if he was joking or not.

He could be right..! Heard stories that you don't want to visit certain parts of South Africa on your own, that you can only go there with a local guide, otherwise it's too dangerous.. So I guess you can say the same about Tanzania.
Although I think you can go on a safari like that safely, as long as you stay in the car and do what the guide tells you to do.

Probably. He said that he left that country for a reason and you have to be super careful, that area is huge on human trafficking. I know Stana and Kris are travelers and know how to act, what to do etc...but hearing some stories from over there probably just have him leery

. Then again maybe he didn't sleep much the night before so it could be anything lol

That's any country for a woman as far as I am concerned. I don't care how safe or dangerous a place is. As a woman you are always in danger thanks to men.

On another note, Absentia will be available on dvd here in September, I think I'll be ordering it..

Even any state, people know a tourist when they see one. I’ve been so lucky going to NYC and even down south since it was just Amaya and I. I had a guy tell me I was crazy but I’m not waiting around for no man to live either

I think the place I encountered danger in was only DC there was some crazy old guy threatening the bus workers and harassing all of the people who were there. Never had that happen elsewhere
