Pretty much the whole season was a love letter to Stana and Nathan. It was literally a Castle redo. This is why it didn't work in the end.

It was a funny and cute show, I enjoyed it, but it really was Castle 2.0..

it would have been better had they made it a bit different, especially because I did like it. It needed a less Castle like vibe and I think it would've been better, that's what I liked about Whiskey Cavalier.

Nikki here's the episode Stana helped inspire (Terri confirming Stana's inspiration)

It was The Devil You Know Of the original airdate was July 26,2018
