^Thats true but remember she didn’t care for Kate at that point either so as an adult she sucked it out because Kate made Rick happy and at that time Rick should’ve been able to respect that Pi made Alexis happy.

Pi was too different for Rick to like he's gotta like someone or like Kate said she'll stick by the guys side just to stick it to him (and Alexis did just that and that's why Kate and Martha never really voiced their dislike of him).

That's true, I always forget he went over Kate's with the box of things and than the deleted scene was Jim and Rick and he knew that Rick cared about her more than he was letting on.

That was the deleted scene. I think we did get the Jim and Rick meeting in Kate’s apartment on screen though
