just loved the episode..
Start was hilarious..Jim and Martha didn't get along..
Beckett and Castle worried they are from different worlds...and is it a mistake ..A very natural reaction..but theys urvived through it even if it is from Killer's advice(only a bit):lol:

the girl disabling the phone :lmao: i swear Castle's face was priceless:lol:

Espo calling Martha..
Martha being feisty with Gates..WIN:cheerleader:

and finally the HUG:in_love:

This was a Great episode, I do have to say I so did not see that guy being a Killer
and Kate running into Castle's arms "I thought I lost you forever" She is SOO in love
I kind of knew in the end Jim and Martha would get along.
I have to admit I love Kate's insecurities and the way somehow he makes her feel better just by being sweet.

Yes indeed! I did not guess the killer, but I did guess the parents' aftermath.

Now my Christmas wish is Caskett does indeed spend it together and maybe just maybe, Jim Beckett drops by too...

i have to say i guessed the killer..but it didn't ruin anything for me:lol:

At one point I was: Mmm that guy has something up his sleeves. There is something going on with him.

So I was not that surprised it was him but it didn't ruin anything for me either.

"Dude where is your car" Still cracking up about that one and well the entire cell phone thing....guys seriously ??? It would still work with a 911 call.

Loved the scene with the pay phone though  "A dollar ?!?!?!" But funny how Beckett knows you don't need money for calling 911 on that thing :goof:

What I also thought was weird, was the fact the bad guy has to tell Beckett she needs to live in the moment and not worry about the future because it could be all over in a second. I mean come on she should know that. She almost ended up 6 feet under before and wasn't that one argument for finally going after Castle by the end of season 4 ?

Doubting the relationship and all was nice drama but kinda much ado about nothing. I liked it but didn't really feel the angst there.

I think it's natural to have a small worry about the bubble bursting, when you're used to life pulling the rug from underneath you, and like with all issues, they need to be adressed so they don't become a big deal. I like the way the conversation just reaffirmed the fact that they are happy together and whatever comes their way, they will deal with it.

I adored that quick kiss before they parted, obviously the hand-caressing at the dinner table, not to mention that wonderful hug when she honestly thought she had lost him :)

watching right now :)

I have to agree with you, as someone who has Kate's personality and life pulling the rug from underneath me I can say I'd be that insecure too. I was glad about the outcome , that Hug was amazing

Ok so I did enjoy this episode I loved the parents fighting and then in the end Castle and Beckett being missing bringing them together and working out there differances. Though the scene where they were making the snide comments at each other you just felt so awkward for Castle and Beckett and when they were both sticking up for there parents it was just so awkward.

I did love the Caskett hug and the Caskett kiss and when Beckett was like " I thought I lost you" and Castle was like " never" I was all :sigh: I just love there relationship too much and even when they start to doubt the relationship they can always work it out in the end.

However this has been the second episode that I have enjoyed but havent really been as into as previous episodes... mostly through it I was like huh what the..... ??? maybe I need to watch it again to get into it. I am really looking forward to the next episode though... cannot wait for Christmas Caskett :D

What a great episode :D I loved the hug when they saw each other again and it was cute how their parents ended up bonding :)

See for the first time in ages I didn't! I loved the twist. It was 5am though so maybe I wasn't paying near enough attention.

Also I noticed a few people have commented on Martha/Jim. AM I the only one who didn't see it as romantic? It was really nice seeing them find common ground about their children.
