Seeing what Francis Lawrence (and Suzanne Collins) did with CF, I had no doubt that MJ would be faithful to the books but I'm glad that Elizabeth said that.

Although, I hope they're not faithful in the sense that we really don't see Effie at all like the books. I really missed her character and I remember being hopeful that she would turn up in 13 at some point but all we got was a passing mention that Haymitch had got her out of the Capitol when the Arena collapsed. So if they want to change that then I'm good with that. :D

well seems she was in the set few times, maybe we see her in MJ1
