NIKITA AND AMANDA ARE CAPTURED — In order to gain control of the black box, Amanda (Melinda Clarke) makes plans to kidnap Ari’s (guest star Peter Outerbridge) son Stefan (guest star Dylan Minnette) to use him as leverage. Still in Division’s protective custody, Ari begs Nikita (Maggie Q) for help. However, Stefan’s bodyguard Krieg (guest star Andrew Divoff) manages to capture both Nikita and Amanda and the two must work together to escape. Owen (Devon Sawa) is furious with Michael (Shane West) after Michael assigns Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) to be Nikita’s back-up instead of him. Aaron Stanford also stars. Jon Cassar directed the episode written by Terry Matalas & Travis Fickett.

Okay, I almost bought Ari's story about who Owen really is.......right up until the part about the German U-boat in the arctic circle with the "not of this earth" cargo.

Was it The Thing? UFO wreckage? The Black Oil alien from The X-Files? The Ark of the Covenant? The Tesseract cosmic cube?

Nope, just Ari buying time until Michael got there.

No wonder Owen beat the crap out of him.

So at least we know Owen is a soldier....which tells us very little. And Ari's kid isn't that bad. He does act like his bodyguard is more of a father figure to him, though.
And Nikita feels like Alex is a daughter.

Amanda is worse than all the other bitches put together, huh? More daddy issues? I loved Nikita starting a fire with her own blood.

Would that be a metaphor?

So now Ari is going to prison while his son is safe, Michael has benched Owen, and Alex is in Amanda's clutches. Yeah, I guess we should have seen that one coming. I guess the whole Scooby gang is gonna come after her?

Jon Cassar directed? This episode did have a slight La Femme feel to it, now that you mention it. But with better production values and film quality.

Seriously, this show deserves better than what CW gives it. It should be waaay more popular than other typical CW shows! "OMG, which boy should I fawn over this weekend" :\ I loved this episode!! The best of Nikita!

The bodyguard looked like the German brother of Roan

Can you imagine if Owen was a SEAL? Like Sean? OMG I would pay for that, Sean would be like
