Ok, one of my followers on Twitter, that is more informed than me because she follows Nikita cast a lot, told me that she and Noah are together since last July, after she left her husband. It seems that it's pretty obvious from their Instagram photos (they went together on holiday in Napa and S. Francisco, recently), they spent some time also at Noah's mother home and a Noah's relative wants to know her better (she told her on Instagram).

I wonder if writers will be inspired by their real life relationship they seem to be together since last July, but in S3 we saw nothing (of course, it wouldn't have had sense). But now Alex is alone...who knows?
