I have a bunch of stuff on my Xanga site but there are a few things I would like to know how to do. I want to know how to make the title of the site move in a marquee in the bottom of the page Like where it says "Forums 4 Fans - ..." right now at the bottom of my screen. If anybody knows a good site online with HTML code listing, that would be rightous! [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

I can give you some of the scripts on my xanga, or I can recommend you some great sites that have scripts made for xanga blogs.

I found most of my coding at www.dynamicdrive.com, soompie forums (whatever that is) and at like flamingtext.com. But the one code that I really want and can't seem to find is the one for changing the picture of the eprops.

Now what I would like to know is the code to erase the ads from the top of the site. I would also like to know how to get my comment box fixed. I have tried everything. I deleted half the stuff on my site, set my security to medium, and everything. I always have to click the whole Message box not working? click here. link thingy. It is very annoying, and my friends are basically too stupid to figure out how to post comments on my site. They never thought to click the comment box not working link.

hi,i have a question too for xanga. i want to add a .gif image to one of my postings. i have the file saved on a disk, but my question is how [do i get the file on to a posting entry]?

you have to u/l it on to your computer. then you have to press insert pic and then the url.

Actually it's a bit more complicated. You have to save the picture as a jpg image on your comp. Than get online, and go to a site called www.imagestation.com . you will there be able to upload the image to the internet. Then follow the directions to upload. Once it is uploaded you can view it in your storage bin. Then you can right click the image and scroll down to properties. copy the URL of the image. Then once you have that, go to the edit html of your web log entry and type in <img src="WHAT THE URL OF THE PIC IS"> and the image will appear.<img src="WHAT THE URL OF THE PIC IS">

Does anyone know how I can put background music on the xanga site?

Go under Edit to Look & Feel on your private xanga page...scroll down to where it says Music URL and follow the directions there. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
