:star: Rules :star:

1. Pre-made avatars means avs that people make for you to snag. If you want one created for you, go to the Avatar Help Thread.

2. If you want an avatar, but you don't have pics for it (therefore can not go to the Avatar Help Thread), you can mention you want a certain av, but definitely can not force any of the kind av-making people to do it for you. Just wait patiently. If after a few pages (over 3), nobody responded yet, you can ask again. Don't bug people about it.

3. In regards of who snagged first -- No such thing. Everybody has fair rights on any av posted in this thread. If you snagged an av and you want it to be removed from the thread so no one can take it, contact its maker. They are not obligated to remove it, so do NOT flame them if they don't.
