Frontpage 2000 help
 

I'm having major problems with my Frontpage program! It's not the program itself, it's me!

Can anyone tell me, in simple terms, how I can move a picture freely around the page, or is it even possible? See, I'm moving my Geocities site to my own ISP space, but with all the formatting and stuff, it's super hard to do anything.
