Glad your had fun Nikki maybe a stupid question but is it true that when you are a briedsmaid you have to pay for your one dress??.............Nope here in Holland we don't have MOH and bridesmaids only sometimes you see flowergirls :nod:

I just didn't like that I woke up with a stupid headache :lol: Other than that I was fine. Yep, You do have to pay for your own dress. Wasn't too much money shocking :lol: Why don't you have MOH and bridedmaids? We didn't have a flower girl in the wedding i was in

We simple don't do that here :lol: weddings are a lot different here then with you guys in the US First the groom pick up the bride at her home and both go to the church or the Town Hall no father who gives the bride away aldo some do that now. Second we don't have a rehearsal dinner either. And if you want bridesmaids the wedding couple have to pay for the dresses it's their day and if they want bridesmaids they have to pay for it. After the couple is married photo's will be taken and then to go where they give the reception and wedding party.

IDK :lol: I just know it finally went away on Sunday. Had it for 2 days :( Yep, even if it was the world's ugliest dress, you still have to buy it yourself and other things like shoes etc. But the dress was a nice plum color and I liked it.

Really? I didn't know that. So the groom is allowed to see the bride before the wedding where you are, here that is not allowed. You aren't even suppose to be by them the night before :lol: So luck that where you are if they want bridesmaids they pay for the dresses. Here, it is ridiculous. I had to ask my mom if my cousin's parents pay for the dress and she said no and I was like really? I always thought they were suppose to :lol: I know that I had to get photos done at the house before the wedding and during the wedding, then after the wedding again with the wedding party and then at the reception, But before the reception we had to kill an hour and half before we went. So we ended up at a bar :lol:

I have watch some episodes of Bridezilla and I saw some very ugly bridemaids dresses Sorry but I can't understand you girls have to pay for it what happens if you don't have the money or that you would ask for more then 1 time to be a bridemaids in a year!

Yes the groom is one of the first who sees the dress in a private moment between them or with the whole family it's what they wants. Looks to me being a bridesmaid is a job for a day good for you girls went to a bar you deserves it. :lol:

I know exactly how you feel. I hated that I had to buy my own dress, but I didn't want to say no to my cousin cus we are close. It wouldn't have been right :lol: And Bridezilla's is a crazy show to watch :lol:
