We are getting near the Holidays and it's a time of joy and to celebrate friendships.
Since we've made great friends on this board, we decided to try a Holiday Cards Exchange this year :D
You can take part in either the Card Exchange, the E-Card Exchange or both if you wish!

How it works:

If you do send me your address, it will only be sent out to one or two other posters that also want to participate (depends on the amount of people that sign up). If you don’t want a specific person to get your address, please feel free to mention that in your PM, but please do not request to send a card to a specific person because I will not feel comfortable with giving out their address that way, addresses will be given out at random.

What you have to do:

If you would like to take part in this year's Holiday Card/E-Card Exchange, you can participate by taking the following steps:

:star: 1) Fill out the following form:

FF Screen Name:
Name: (What you would like to be addressed as on an envelope/in an email)
Mailing/Email Address: (Including Country and Zip/Post code - As you would write it on an envelope if applicable).
Other Info: (If you don't want a certain person to receive your address, let me know here)

:star: 2) Send the form to me in a Private Message titled one of the following:

‘Holiday Card Exchange: Mail’
‘Holiday Card Exchange: Email’
Or
‘Holiday Card Exchange: Mail/Email’

A week or so after the deadline you will receive a Private Message back from me with the details of 1 or 2 random people you will be sending Cards or E-Cards to. Everyone can expect to receive at least 1 card from someone else in the exchange.

The deadline for signing up is November 10th.
- to give me enough time to send out the addresses and for you all to send out your cards. I'll acknowledge that I have received your PM, if you don't hear back within 3 days, please let me know.

Things to consider
If you're going to buy cards especially for this event, take into consideration that not every mod here is going to be of the same religion and some will have no religion at all. A general 'Holiday Season' card would be the best and when filling out your cards, you could just write something like 'Happy Holidays'.

It would be nice if when you receive your cards, you send a Private Message to the person who sent it to you letting them know you got it or post it here on the thread. There seem to be several "I don't think anybody got my cards" posts every year.
