Such another amazing episode!

I don't know why but at first I had a bad feeling about Steve's friend. He looked familiar, like I had seen him in another show or something where he was a bad guy.

I also loved Chin's moment with General Pak's son. I almost cried at that scene. LOL

An of course, I loved Steve and Danny's scenes together. They just have amazing chemistry, but I think I liked the ending with them two after Steve killed his friend.

Tonight's episode was great. I the ending with Steve and Danny talking. I like that Danny was right about Steve's SEAL buddy from the beginning.

Chin was great with Pak's son, I did cry.

Danny cracked me up when he said that he finally believed that Steve was a human being.

Great episode! Very intense, you knew the good guys would win...but for a minute there it was like how the heck are you going to get yourself out fo this one!

Loved the Chin/Kono moment, when he's testig her on the crime scene. He seemed so proud of her that she was noticing those things and I also like that the writers aren't forgetting she just a rookie.

Loved that Danny didn't like Steve's friend. He had good gut intincts.

As always every Danny/Steve moment was priceless!

Loved the guest stars this week - Ric Young, but especially Emmanuelle Vaugier
I always love when there is a smart female baddie, and she lived up to my hopes. Very tricky hiding the garotte in her bra like that. Even trickier of Chin to take all the shots from the security cameras to make the composite of her. I thought we'd get more from her, and that she'd get away from the team, so it was quite the shock when she met her end so suddenly.

I loved that they continued to mix up the scenes, and allow us to see the different dynamics between the members.
And I really appreciated that General Pak was telling the truth about turning himself over to the UN for his crimes. I was so sure that would have been a ploy to gain the sympathy of the team. Danny was the most vocal about not wanting to protect this guy, but I think they were all on the same brainwave there, but doing their job anyway.

I knew Nick was fishy the moment I saw him XD and even my brother predicted mid-episode that he's the culprit XD but still it make up for an awesome episode.

Really really amazing episode, one of their best!!

What I really love about this episode is this exploration of despite how they dislike General Pak, that they know he's a ruthless killer and did horrible things, but they also knew that they had to do their jobs, that they have their orders to follow, even if it meant risking their lives. Sometimes we see things so black and white because the sufferings, but sometimes we also have to learn to put personal feelings aside and know when to take the lesser of two evils. There is justice, then there is violence and bloodshed. Violence against violence doesn't solve anything except continuing the cycle of bloodshed. I am glad that Hawaii Five-0 can explore this kind of a story with grace and dignity.

I am very proud of this show!

The character connections are even better this episode, I love seeing this team interact and work together! BRAVO!

Mistake in Season 1, Episode 9 – Aired: 11/15/2010 Po'ipu

When the general arrived at the airport, there were 3 cars waiting. One car Danny, Steve, the general ad family got in, in the second car was Chin and Kono and in the 3rd car was Nick Taylor and his crew. There were 3 cars in the caravan, not 4.

Explain to me how a 4th car was blown up. Where did it come from? None of the people mentioned were in that car since they were all seen having a shooting battle. Think the unexplained car is a big mistake in the story and ruined an otherwise good show.

If it wasn't a program mistake, please enlighten me because I missed it.

There's 4 cars.

first car is with more of Nick Taylor's men (at the ver front), then Steve/Danny/General, then Chin and Kono, then Nick Taylor.

Just took another look (have it on DVR) and only saw 3 cars leaving the airport but when Steve was fighting with his driver over the gun, it was the middle car that was swerving so there was a car in front of Steve/General and that was blown up but shouldn't there have been 2 cars behind the general's car to account for Taylor and Chin/Kono. Never saw more than 3 cars in any scene. If you can, take a look at it and you'll see what I mean.

Before leaving the airport.

After leaving the airport.

4 cars. I think the whole 'leaving the airport' part.. is jsut the way they cut the scene.. they didn't show all 4 cars leaving the airport, but it's implied they all did.
